Monica is the Author of "Overcome Awkward, an Introvert's Guide to Networking, Marketing and Sales. " She is an International Speaker, the host of the "Juggling without Balls" podcast and Director of Community Engagement for Invis Pacific View Mortgages.
Monica's new book, Overcoming Awkward, is written to free introverts from the crippling social constraints that come with launching and growing their businesses and careers.

Monica believes in being involved in her community and you can find her at Hockey games, Robotics Tournaments, Toastmasters, LIFT Comox Valley, Women's Business Network, 100 Women Who Care and various community events.
She is an animal lover and loves relaxing on her hobby farm with her goats and an assortment of canine companions.
